Mediation Training in the State of Texas!
This 24-hour workshop will provide participants with the knowledge and skills needed to mediate guardianship related matters. Topics will include Goals of Guardianship, Alternatives, Hot Topics, Mediation Techniques and much more!
Preference will be given for those knowledgeable about various aspects of guardianship, geographic diversity, and mediation experience. After selection by the Texas Guardianship Association to attend this training,attendees are required to authorize completion of a criminal background check.
This course has been approved for MCLE credit in the amount of 24
hours, of which 3 credit hours will apply to legal ethics/professional
responsibility credit. Other professional CEs pending approval.
